离市区很近,走几步就到商区,可以出去购物,吃饭也很方便,酒店环境不错,酒店里就有bar可以吃东西,酒店自带的早餐也不错!
这家酒店对无论在任何方面都把英国目前存在的r问题体现的淋漓尽致:
1,入住押金问题,在英国自驾游玩已经一个月有余住了不下十家酒店碰到第一家一晚上就收取50磅押金的地方而且要一次性付清,银行付款存在问题出现了多次押金扣款失误以及对客人表现出的不耐烦让我们和酒店进行了长达三天的沟通,感谢携程一直作为中间方帮我们沟通但是未得到解决酒店拒不道歉,令人失望
2,对儿童态度的不友好,早餐用餐第一天孩子因为早餐费用收取的不明确让孩子在外面站着必须当场交钱才能吃饭,非常可笑(英国所有酒店只有这家当场问孩子收费并对待孩子非常不友好)
3,卫生和设施:餐厅的杯子永远洗不干净污渍斑斑,酒店提供抽纸还要定量每个房间每天只能拿一盒,所有的洗发水沐浴液打扫完后都不检查是否空瓶,一直是空的,并且在倒数第二天的凌晨还碰到火警让酒店所有客人凌晨四点在温度只有十度的室外站了两个小时并且没有任何的服务提供和补偿!
作为北爱首府贝尔法斯特市中心最好的酒店之一,体验简直是零!请避雷!
卫生是真的很不好,这在国内是不会出现的,虽然安排在火车边上,晚上只要关窗户就还好,听不到火车声。1个月前提前订的时候2晚3500多,后来发现在英国预定更便宜,2晚只要2000多。还好是可退订的,立马重新拍,重新下单。就是这么差的卫生,还收我2晚100磅押金,有点想不通。
酒店位置离市中心很近。房间又好又宽敞。总的来说很干净,但是水壶生锈了🤢,我是煮完咖啡才发现的。
你知道的,就是那种很简洁的酒店,能看出翻新过的痕迹,景色也挺不错的。这家酒店就是为旁边的音乐厅而建的,这是它的主要用途。高楼层的房间景色很好。考虑到我的需求,这个位置简直完美。
很棒的酒店,员工也很友善。虽然有点过时,但住得很舒服。
房间干净整洁了,空间不算大,设施齐全,环境离中心还是有点距离,用UBER叫车也还是方便的,早餐味道还是不错,英国早餐总体类似,下次出行还会选择
属于比较老旧的四星酒店,和国内的希尔顿没法比。床头USB充电口是坏的,床单毛巾都很旧,西餐餐食比较单调。酒店后面的铁路过火车时有点吵。附近餐饮也不多,距离中餐馆比较远。
标题:半夜暴力敲门,酒店处理极其草率,安全保障为零
内容:
我们在这家希尔顿酒店经历了一次极其恐怖的体验:凌晨2点半,有人暴力敲击我们的房门。敲门声如此剧烈,令我们彻夜难眠。更令人愤怒的是酒店对事件的处理方式。我们立即致电酒店前台,但电话未能 तुरंत 接通。我们别无选择,只能先拨打999报警,之后才联系上前台。前台表示会派人上楼核实情况,但核实后酒店并未主动联系我们解释情况。直到我们第二次致电前台,才被告知“情况已核实”。整个过程中,没有任何经理出面道歉或解释。第二天早上,前台拒绝了我们查看监控录像的合理要求,也未对涉事人员采取任何措施(此人仍住在同一楼层,离我们很近,导致我们根本不敢离开房间)。
诉求:
1. 要求酒店总部正式道歉。
2. 退还当晚房费。
3. 赔偿精神损失。
总之,我们不推荐您选择这家希尔顿酒店。这是我们住过最糟糕的希尔顿酒店。
地理位置极佳,可步行走到市政厅等主要地标。房间宽敞,服务好,早餐丰富。停车在酒店边上停车场能享受优惠。贝尔法斯特商务观光首选酒店。
