我们在伯明翰希尔顿酒店住得很愉快。员工很乐于助人。地方干净又安静。食物也很不错。
酒店位置极佳，绿树环绕，远离喧嚣拥挤。前台接待员非常专业且乐于助人，因为我的预订应用程序没有完整传达我的预订详情，导致我的预订出现了一些问题。他们并不知道我的预订中包含一个12岁的孩子，也没有收到我需要两间相邻房间的信息，但他们还是设法解决了。早餐很棒。尽管预订时说房间里有冰箱，但实际上没有，不过我也不需要，所以就没在意。最糟糕的是泳池工作人员，他们粗鲁又傲慢。

离展会比较近 早餐还可以
离NEC和那个名字有点怪的“度假世界”（其实更像个餐饮中心）步行很近。房间很干净。
我们预订这家酒店是为了在NEC看演出时住一晚。酒店很棒，我们使用了游泳池，泳池很好，空间足够大，躺椅也很舒服。房间很干净，床也很舒适。我们步行去了Resort World吃饭喝酒，那里应有尽有，我们玩得很开心，沿着小路走只需5分钟。下次肯定还会再来。
酒店位置离国家展览中心很近，酒店很大，早点非常丰盛，前台服务人员态度很好，价格有些高，房间环境卫生很不错，酒店大，有健身房和游泳池。
这次住宿体验不错，房间很干净，而且每天都有人打扫。
酒店位置很好，离NEC会展中心非常近，大概走5分钟就到了，如果要去20号展厅之类的可能要多走一点。
不过，我最大的问题是房间一直都很冷。我们房间的空调总是设定在16摄氏度，而且没法调高。我给前台打了电话，他们派了一个维修工带着一个坏了的便携式取暖器过来。
如果你只是需要一个睡觉的地方，那这家酒店还是可以的。
