The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was already set up for us with extra towels, glasses for drinking, a table set up ready for my laptop. There was plenty of space including sockets for charging our devices. A nice open space area too where we could lay down a mat for the kids to play on. We were genuinely surprised with the room we got.

Awful location in what appears to be a rough area. Lots of youths hanging around outside and have a feeling that this is being used as some kind of half way house! Room size ok but rather grubby and looks like it needs a real good clean! Not going to use the food facilities having been warned off by a customer in the lift!

The team looked after us really well on our visit last year, the team really do work hard and do all they can to help. Facilities are great and food was also very nice!....we would happily return in the future as the location is great for the city and also the airport.

I stayed here at the last minute. The rooms are very spacious. Great space in the disabled rooms. Breakfast was lovely, its nice to choose your own from the buffet style and a member of staff Sue was extremely helpful making sure I had enough room at the table for my wheelchair and checked on me during service which I found very caring. There was plenty of food and drink to choose from.

Fantastic service, great food, excellent bar with a huge range of drinks. Staff were amazing. Kerry was so helpful and professional we were surprised to find out she wasn't the manager although she's definitely management material.

Me and my family came here for the very first time and all the staff welcomed us as like we were family. If you need any help with anything you can talk to Kerri or Jorgia they were running the front desk when we came. The rooms have great space and are very clean. The cleaning staff are very helpful when it comes to changing beds or giving us linen. Will definitely come again.

We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the service, room and breakfast. The staff really were exceptional. Parking was a chargeable extra. I had to walk to the local pizza take away at 8pm in the evening and the local area is not very nice at all. I grew up in South London so I am used to unsavoury areas. Be careful around here after dark.

Nice hotel, great staff, very helpful and friendly. Staff member Leah was a pleasure really looked after us. The hotel very clean and fresh, we have travelled up to see family and would definitley reccommend this hotel and when i'm next in Birmingham i will be returning. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
