Not much to fault with this hotel. Clean room, friendly staff and right where I needed to be. It's about 2km from City centre and a long walk or a taxi ride if you are not familiar with Birmingham. I went for the football, as the stadium is just up the road. If you are not a football fan check the dates as the bar area can get a little lively on match days. Really good experience all round.

We were looking for a budget stay after celebrating a birthday weekend but there’s nothing budget about Ibis but the price. We booked via bookings.com and the pictures really don’t do it justice. The rooms are spacious, clean and we were so impressed by the size of the shower. What really made our stay though was Atif and Osman. They were hilarious and so accommodating, I’d come back purely just for a conversation with them. It really felt less like a cold hotel stay and more like staying in someone’s house - warm and welcoming! If you’re looking for somewhere nice that you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for I cannot recommend ibis Bordesley enough.

Better than average, everything you need, clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, restaurant seemed reasonable. Be mindful if you book through an agency you have to pay for parking, book through ibis and its free, 15 minute walk to Digbeth O2 institute.. all in all was pleased with it.

- Great for after parties - Can habit 17 people without been classed as overcrowded - Room for decks. - Only enough towels for 17 people thou, didn’t deduct any stars as this was twin. - Great location to get back from town - McDonalds next door for quick snack

Staff friendly. Room clean. The shower room/toilet has a step up into it - might be worth people with less mobility yo be aware of. Breakfast buffet looked really good and good selection. Gluten free cereal readily available without having to ask - thank you.

Very comfortable beds, nice interior, showers were very good pressured. Not too far from city Center, McDonald's is right outside and plenty of Ubers/bolts around the area. Would definitely stay again! Only thing that wasn't great was there was a hairdryer in there which didn't work.

Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Omdat er geen apple pie meer was hebben we een geimproviseerd dessert gekregen door ons omgedoopt tot Dutch dessert. Nogmaals dank dat was erg lief. Kortom hele goede service dus! Het hotel ligt in de buurt van velen interessante bezienswaardigheden. Kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt.

我的朋友残疾，坐轮椅。2024年复活节星期一，我们去了一个音乐场所，决定步行到这家酒店，因为那里是个很方便叫出租车的地标。我坐轮椅的朋友需要上厕所，所以我们就走到了酒店正门。门口有一位先生，尽管看到我残疾的朋友很痛苦，但他却不肯告知我们。我们礼貌地询问是否可以快速使用一下厕所，并表示我们会马上离开，但他拒绝了。他甚至咨询了当晚也在工作的经理，经理也拒绝了。我很感激我们不是付费客人，但这仍然太丢脸了！真丢脸！！！
为了观看斯普林斯汀的演唱会，我提前很久（2022年7月）预订了这家酒店。酒店花了两个月才通知我已确认的预订被取消了。而且这个消息是在酒店关闭之后才发出的，沟通非常糟糕。我真的很失望，宜必思和雅高集团非常不热情，拒绝以我预订的价格帮我重新预订其他酒店。显然，两个月后价格就涨了。我通过***********预订的，他们也同样不热情。但我对宜必思酒店期望更高。
