客房服务非常周到细致,房间整洁干净。环境安静,外观古典雅致。交通便利,离南十字车站只有两个路口的距离
酒店是一栋历史建筑改造的,很好地保留了原来的建筑风格。位置很方便,去附近商圈走路都不算远,晚上还可以步行到河边散散步。房间总体来说中规中矩,卫生不错,干净整洁,浴室相对比较老,花洒出水量一般,洗澡体验相对其他方面算是一般的。
洲际酒店的街道很安全,而且酒店楼内古色古香很有特色。本来定的是IHG 的另外一个酒店,结果国庆期间那个酒店擅自超售,联系携程客服之后客服快速帮我们更换到洲际酒店,当时是凌晨3点钟,给客服点赞!
酒店地理位置很好,员工也很友好,所以总的来说我们住得很愉快。
不过,也有几点令人失望。我们预订的是六人家庭房,住三晚,但实际上给我们的是两间相邻的连通房。
而且,连通房的房卡没有解锁,所以我们进去之后还得找人帮我们开门。
洗漱用品也没有按入住人数提供,我们不得不另外去要。
第二天和第三天晚上,没有补充额外的水或其他洗漱用品,垃圾也没有清理。
酒店房间宽敞,干净整洁,大堂复古典雅,早餐品种丰富,味道不错,酒店离南十字星枢纽很近,交通便利,到cbd步行即可,值得再次入住。
前台小哥哥很好,主动帮我更换更高楼层,以及询问我的飞机时间并安排延迟到两点退房。
俱乐部酒廊总体还可以,除了第一天入住时候的一个酒廊女服务员有点不耐烦,叫她就眉头一皱,因为我们是亚洲人?对外国白人就态度非常好。区别对待。
忘记说了,有一天我回房间,桌上的两个药膏都不见了。我感觉很震惊,这种事情竟然发生在洲际,也当天和携程反应了此事!还好是药膏,如果是其他重要私人用品,后果不堪设想。
酒店位置很好、周边环境商业气氛浓厚,外观很有年代感,非常有情调,早餐丰盛,品质高,前台服务热情,唯一不足的是设施太过陈旧,洗漱用品、浴巾、毛巾、拖鞋、吹风机不是太廉价就是太有年代感,与洲际酒店的身份不符,可以考虑换换了。房间壁柜居然打不开,里面的拖鞋、吹风机拿不出,如果不是强烈要求不知洗了澡怎么吹头!
这家位置还行,主要考虑到双床是1.4米,早饭偏西式,感觉有历史的一家酒店,整体装修风格不错,走到city中心还是比较近
房间小,两人行李箱放的很拥挤,被子就是那种两层布中间一个毯子的那种,很是省事儿,住了两天,每天牙刷就放一个,第一晚还没有浴巾,第一天早上七点多竟然有人按门铃然后直接刷卡开门,幸亏我们把门后的链条锁上了,不知道是保洁还是什么人,然后关了门就走了……酒店前两天说要和我沟通这事儿,到现在也没有邮件

我们在这里总共住了三晚。酒店由一座建于19世纪90年代的历史建筑改造而成。我们很喜欢包含在住宿费用里的Alluvial餐厅早餐,那里的氛围很迷人。我们住的King Classic房型很宽敞,考虑到它位于墨尔本一区,这一点很难得。酒店步行即可到达墨尔本的许多景点,在炎热的夏季艳阳天里,我们甚至可以在计划的城市徒步之旅中回到房间休息片刻。
浴室提供我们喜欢的Byredo洗浴用品。然而,酒店的装修有点过时,需要翻新,而且我们对员工的服务水平不太满意。例如,电话的免提功能无法正常使用;保险箱按照酒店的说法“正在更换中”,也无法使用;拨打“即时服务”寻求帮助时,经常需要响铃超过5秒,尤其是在夜间。在我们入住期间,甚至有一天早上发生了虚假火警。
对于考虑入住该酒店此房型的客人,请注意窗户是固定的,面向走廊,因此房间1. 没有自然光线;2. 没有新鲜空气;3. 如果您注重隐私,需要一直拉着窗帘。另一点值得注意的是,洗浴后浴室地板非常湿滑,如果您穿着房间提供的一次性拖鞋,我简直会称之为“死亡陷阱”,因为即使是成年人也可能很容易滑倒。
