The facilities were very clean and overall very comfortable. There was water damage to the ceiling of our bathroom and the sink was stopped up. We were put in a room very near to the last highway stoplight going out of town. In a weekday morning, we were awakened to very loud road noise, (Jake brakes and glass-pack mufflers), as traffic was either entering or leaving the city.

2 families for the softball tournament had bed bugs in their room. It caused a lot of worry with all our players.

This is not a usual occurrence in our hotel, and our pest management was notified immediately. The room in question was put out of order for an undetermined amount of time. We take these issues very seriously to make sure our guests are safe and comfortable. Again, we apologize for the any and all confusion and inconvenience and we hope you will give us another try.

We were in town for a softball tournament and this was a great location to stay. It was also close to several options for food.
