Usually when I stayed here it's well clean. This time around, we had some expired milk drinks in our refrigerator that my kids thought the hotel gave to us. Had some trash near our beds and glass. Didn't have as much towels as we usually do. Only 2 big ones and 4 small ones hung above toilet. Our heater/ air conditioning was very loud which made it hard to sleep.
Overall stay was nice. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool as always. Staff was very nice. Big parking lot which I love!

The hotel is old and appears to have been remodeled at one point so the furniture is "newer." There was an awful smoke smell in the hallways and the rest of the hotel had an odd smell to it. The hotel was very dark and they did not turn on all the lights and assume due to saving electricity. We will not be staying again.

My wife and I were in WI for a funeral service, and Gary went out his way to ensure our stay was great. Gary was very thoughtful and caring. Thank you!

Cleanliness was not up to par, old food was left in the fridge of the room, floors unkept and not vacuumed. The breakfast was not worth the price at all, barely any items.

Overall a great stay. Negatives - safe in room did not work, no USB plugs in the room. Had to go out and buy an adapter to charge my phone.

The shower had mildew in it. The couch and carpeting were very old and windows were very dirty. The room was old and smelled like smoke. For $200 a night, we expected premium. We went to the breakfast buffet and nothing was left. All we could get was a bagel and a yogurt at 9:10am
