The coolest is the rental station, box fans, games, larger coffee pots, etc...
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Had full size fridge, microwave and stove!

Ashley at the front desk is amazing! She helped check me in late in the evening, and took the time to explain the benefits I could have if I joined IHG’s loyalty program. She convinced me and I signed up to be a member on the spot.

Great for family
Room was clean and very convenient so the kids could go to bed and we could stay up and watch a movie after they were asleep. No complaints. Would stay there again

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My two sisters and I were all staying there. One of my sisters was in room 124 and I was in room 120. Our other sister was on the third floor. We asked if she could move to a room on the first floor near us. The desk person happily moved her to room right across the hall from us. It was just so nice. The rooms were spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Springfield.

Staff, facility, and surrounding area was great however the hotel does not offer a breakfast. Not sure if this is all Candlewoods but it seems most hotels these days offer at least a minimum breakfast of some sort.
