Staff not very friendly, first room was dirty when asked to have it cleaned they switched us to a different room, it should of been an easy exchange but we got a handicapped room.

Wonderful staff, comfy beds, and super clean rooms

All I can say is WOW. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Comfy beds, extremely clean rooms without even a speck of dust. Front desk staff were so sweet and helpful when we needed a late checkout. I especially want to mention the hotels head of housekeeping, Rachael, who helped us out to make us even more comfortable and who interactions with her staff were so refreshing to hear. She leads a great team! Also thanks to Alyssa at the front desk for the extra blanket. Great stay!

Comfortable stay

Room very comfortable and spacious and good configuration. Good amenities and really good breakfast. There is a train going by regularly but didn’t bother us. Walmart next door and could walk to it. Staff friendly. When we checked in, the bathroom sink stopper not working so they said they would fix and one of the blinds didn’t go up once down and they would fix that too. I would recommend and stay there again

Very clean and nice we’ve been taking a road trip and have stayed at several Holiday Inn express hotels. My only complaint is were kind of tired of the package cheese omelettes for breakfast. It would be nice to get some real scrambled eggs or something every location we stayed at has had the same frozen packaged cheese omelettes for breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. The lady who takes care of the breakfast was super helpful. Big thanks for her.

Clean hotel, fast check in and out. I wish I could check in at 2:00.
