The staff was excellent! The young lady when we checked in was exceptional. The girl the next day as well. We almost stayed another night but decided to venture out in the storm. We made it home and are so grateful for a wonderful night in safety.

Stayed in a "Disability Room." Bathroom met our expectations. However, normal room size was much too small to accommodate a wheelchair...kept bumping into everything. Window blinds were broken and remained entirely closed. Bathroom vanity mirror lighting did not work.

No hot breakfast. First room tv did not work. Had to change rooms. Only one coffee pod for the in room coffee maker.

WORST HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!!!!
1st of all the 1st room I got the door was open and it was not completely cleaned for a new guest. Then as I was retrieving my items to take to the new room some random guest decided he wanted to walk into that room. Kinda freaked us out. The tv reception in the new room was a joke.
So morning comes and went to shower and guess what..... water would not come on at all, plus even if it did the lever that allows you to turn on shower head was broken. Not ideal considering we had a 8 hr trip ahead of us. So informed front desk of issues and pretty much got a shrug of the shoulders. Went to eat breakfast and NO HOT FOODS, not a big deal but combined with everything else it was just icing on the cake.
Needless to say that was the absolute worst Holiday Inn Express we have been in. If there was a way of getting my money back I would go after it, but considering the experience I probably would get a attitude that it was our fault

This place is a hidden gem. Clean. Friendly. Helpful staff. Wes needs a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best experience. So sweet, friendly and efficient

It was a nice hotel, but there was a musty smell in the hallways and around the pool.
我预订了一间无障碍客房，但到了那里才发现，房间里没有马桶扶手，只有淋浴间有。我去了前台。他们非常友善，很快就帮我找到了哪些房间是马桶有扶手，哪些是淋浴间有扶手。他们帮我预订了一间有扶手的房间，所以如果你需要扶手，可以提前打电话。工作人员非常乐于助人。酒店很干净。房间也很干净。只是床太不舒服了，让我晚上睡不好。

房间很干净，虽然地毯看起来有点旧（可能是颜色的原因）。淋浴间需要重新填缝。除此之外，一切都很好。早餐很棒，地理位置优越。去市中心的餐厅很方便。
三年前我住过这里。还会再住。
入住手续办理快捷、高效、友好。地方干净整洁。隔壁的Max's Diner餐厅有一些好吃又便宜的食物。
我唯一会考虑的就是把早餐留到更长时间。如果退房时间不到12点，人们可能想睡个懒觉。
