This place is a hidden gem. Clean. Friendly. Helpful staff. Wes needs a raise. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best experience. So sweet, friendly and efficient

The carpet underneath the a/c unit was very damp and was expanding outwards into the carpet.

Better than average.
Easy access on and off I70 but close enough that you do hear some traffic from the freeway. Didn’t keep us awake, though. Nice breakfast choices. Room was clean and comfy. Negatives: kinda noisy. Could hear noise from other rooms. Bath looked clean but caulking around tub needed to be cleaned and/or replaced.

Quiet, clean, great air conditioner in the room. Staff very friendly. Missed breakfast, would have been nice if coffee and packaged goods were avaliable until 10a. Will definitely stay again when traveling thru.

Holiday Inn can do better.
The hotel was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable to me. Hard as a rock. The screen in the window was so full of holes. I guess from a hail storm. Would have been nice to be told of this. Holiday Inn has tons of money, I’m sure they can replace screens. Doesn’t take much. Upon going to the Elevator on 3rd floor I noticed the cover off the Ice Machine. Brought it to the attention of 2 Desk Managers. Once within hours of arriving “was told they didn’t have a maintenance guy on staff and they would call someone” and once in check out. Was never fixed. Wide open, running with wires exposed. Nice lawsuit waiting to happen.

房间很干净，虽然地毯看起来有点旧（可能是颜色的原因）。淋浴间需要重新填缝。除此之外，一切都很好。早餐很棒，地理位置优越。去市中心的餐厅很方便。
三年前我住过这里。还会再住。
入住手续办理快捷、高效、友好。地方干净整洁。隔壁的Max's Diner餐厅有一些好吃又便宜的食物。
我唯一会考虑的就是把早餐留到更长时间。如果退房时间不到12点，人们可能想睡个懒觉。
