It was close to Mall of America and what could have been better especially for my mother who was disabled made things difficult to walk long hall way to her room at the end of hall .

Very quiet stay. We stayed here for the reasonable prices and not too far away from other establishments. Staff was very accommodating.

Trying to get a shuttle was a challenge. Arrived at the airport and tried calling the hotel for 30 minutes with no answer so we ended up calling an Uber. The night before we left we were told that shuttles start running at 4am. When we get down to the lobby to leave the first available shuttle was not available until 5.30am.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived a few minutes after the shuttle service stopped. The hotel agent was able to contact the shuttle driver and she picked us up at the airport. Their extra effort turned a long frustrating day of travel into a relief for us. The friendliest shuttle driver we’ve ever had!

Staff is very nice. Our room could use an update but has everything we need for a one night stay. It’s somewhat noisy; we can hear everything in the hallway, quite loud.

A little bit dirty, tables weren't wiped down and a little sticky. Pool was nice, staff was nice. We had a nice stay.

电梯坏了。。。
提前入住，退房也很简单，房间也准备好了，没有任何问题。很棒的体验！
