Check in was very easy. Cookies were very delicious. Room was super clean and beds were comfortable. I slept well.

The staff was amazing. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. They let us check in a little early when a room was available which was really helpful. The shuttle service to the mall and airport was also a great amenity. Highly recommend staying here!

Room appeared to be fairly recently remodeled and was in very good and clean condition. Was also fairly quiet in room.

The room was not clean, there is urine in the bathroom. The carperts were dirty, No room service after 10.00pm. Crazy

One star for location, one star for a comfy bed and one star for a friendly welcome. Other than that the hotel is tired, breakfast was expensive and disorganised. Could not recommend.

Great beds, nice staff, and handy shuttle to the airport, but horrendous carpeting! I literally thought someone had gotten sick when I first stepped into the elevator.

It was close to Mall of America and what could have been better especially for my mother who was disabled made things difficult to walk long hall way to her room at the end of hall .
