The front desk guy was aloof and unwelcoming. We could have been situated poolside, especially as IHG members, but instead were shunted off to a disconnected warehouse section with long haul truckers. Everything was a problem. Wanted to know if we could check out late for tourism (on motorcycles with gear), but were put off. We wound up checking out early.
Only redeeming factor was the restaurant. But we'll stay elsewhere next time we come through.

Just ok
The hotel is dated and in need of renovations and repairs. The sheets in my bed had blood stains. On a positive note, the bar and restaurant area was well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience.

The property in general was outdated. There was a bad smell throughout the building, the carpet was nasty, the beds were very uncomfortable.

The musty smell in the room was unbearable. They gave me a different room which was also very musty smelling, but better. Seems like they've had a flooding

The pool area and bar/restaurant were great. Hotel is a little outdated with a stale cigarette smell and is kind of a maze to get around. There also isn’t an elevator, which was inconvenient traveling with two babies. Overall an ok stay.

This hotel is nice and the rooms were clean. For some reason the first floor rooms are very damp, so they all have dehumidifiers in them which are loud and a bit obnoxious. Otherwise that's hotel is great. The food and service at Willy T's restaurant was very slow considering how few people were in there.

Very friendly staff, room was quiet which was nice. Loved the pool and recreation area. Overall room seemed fairly clean. Check in and check out was easy.
Food at the restaurant was delicious! Well worth the money. This is a place we'd return to again.
