Not great
Rooms are spacious but worn. Not enough staff at check in, room freezer ice maker was broken and no floor ice maker. Room cold water had to be shut down for an hour because of a pipe issue.

Pipe broke outside room and loud repairs happened from 10PM to almost midnight. In the morning, notice carpet in room was soaked, as well as carpet in hall and ceiling tiled were damaged. H

Overall the room was nice and specious accommodating a family of five.
This time the BF variety was fairly decent, previous time it was better, however, everyone were able to find something to eat.
The one thing that can be improved is the condition of the bathroom.
They were clean and the hotel provided nice toiletries but you can see that the facilities can use renovations.
Overall our stay was good and for sure will book with them again.

Suite had very minimal kitchen utensils. i.e. 1 coffee mug. No tablespoons. Ice maker wasn't turned on...no cubes til next day. Ice machine downstairs is shaved ice and instantly melts!

No hot water
Check in was great, fast and friendly. The beds very comfortable and loved the pillows. The kitchen area was very nice. The bath tub looked rusty, I would say it needs to be replaced or refinished. I might have been able to overlook that, what I can’t overlook was the lack of hot water. I reported it to the front desk and was told they had an unusual amount of kids staying that weekend and had most likely used all the hot water and to try and take my shower a bit later, I was not really happy with that answer, but it was 10:00 at night and we had to be up for a horse show early the next morning. So I had to take a very tepid shower. Not happy at all, the next day we came back early afternoon so I tried again to take a shower, no hot water again….i was ready to just check out and go find another hotel, but I really didn’t have the time to do that with the schedule we were on. We toughed it out, but for the money we paid for the room, I don’t think having hot water is too much to ask and expect, no matter the occupancy of the hotel. I have stayed at many Staybridge hotels in the past with full occupancy and have never been without hot water. I most certainly will not be staying at the Okemos hotel again. I told the desk clerk at checkout I wasn’t happy with our stay, and again she referenced the amount of kids staying, I really don’t care, I feel like the least the hotel could do was reduce the cost of our stay, but that wasn’t offered or done.

马桶的水不能自己出来，要拧开阀门，然后水满了就会非常响！然后半夜大早上都会有装修的声音，不知道是啥反正就是乒乒乓乓得敲着响，住了三天，非常差的体验！
