Front Desk staff were all great! Hotel room was clean and spacious. Large fridge with freezer. Desk area had lots of space to spread out to work with convenient locations for outlets. Room heater worked well and heated up the room quickly. Front desk had a small area where you can purchase snacks, including Tillamook ice cream pints. I dumbly left my jackets hanging in the closet when I checked out. I realized a week later and called the front desk. They still had them and kindly sent them back to me.

When I arrived to check in around 3:00 p.m., I was told no reservation existed under my name. Although I didn’t have my confirmation number handy, I provided my name to the front desk and was assured I had no reservation and that no room was available. As a result, I had to spend an additional $270 to stay at the conference hotel. The manager refunded my room charge and added 5,000 IHG reward points to my account; however, that amount isn’t enough for even one night at most IHG properties. After I requested partial reimbursement for their error, the manager stopped responding altogether. Extremely disappointing customer service - no accountability, no communication, and no effort to correct their costly mistake.

Location was close to highway, mall and restaurants. A+ Hotel was clean upon entering. Lots of options to use if you needed an extended stay to accompany your kitchen. The shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion were name brand Dove and was nice compared to off brand in other hotels. Gym was clean and equipment was very nice. Front Desk staff, Aufton (I'm sure I spelled wrong) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful A+ I was worried due to other reviews, but staff either corrected the issues or reviews were not accurate. I would stay here again! My only con, king beds are not an option only queens. Disappointing but nothing that would hinder a return stay.

The hotel could really benefit from a lobby area that can accommodate a group that would like to meet up. We were in for a travel baseball tournament as a team and it was hard to find room to gather.

UNSAFE LOCATION!!!! All buildings around the hotel are boarded up and lots of vagrants in the parking lot. The general manager offered to cancel my reservation with a less penalty but then called me back and said he would charge me full price. The worst experience of customer service.

泳池总是变热，热水浴缸也坏了，但除此之外非常方便，而且每个人都很友好。我给经理发了封邮件，问他能否安排一个住4个月的房间，但他一直没有回复。我跟前台联系了两次，打了一次电话。
从高速公路过来很方便，步行3分钟就能找到多家民族风味餐厅。下次肯定还会住这里！前台也非常友好！
烛木套房@Polaris 里里外外都很脏！在那里住了 5 个晚上，从来没有在任何地方见过管家！大厅电梯、垃圾桶满溢！房间很简陋，浴室里有头发。我不得不跑去商店买清洁用品
空调比外面好，但房间里的空调好不了多少..不会再住了
前台工作人员很棒而且总是很友好！
没有自助早餐，我被收取了 100 美元。杂费花了 15 天才退还给我的抄送人员，不是很友好或乐于助人
