From the lobby to the breakfast area and our room, we found the Holiday Inn Express very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was very spacious for our large family. Separate bedrooms and living room which was great! The price point just didn't seem to match considering how outdated it was. The one bedroom window actually overlooked the inside of the entry to the hotel. Obviously they added on the front at some point but it was just weird to have the curtains open with the check in desk right below. Wouldn't have a problem staying here if it wasn't so expensive. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating though!!

They do a complementary happy hour for guests on weekdays. What a pleasant perk after a long day in the car!

I like that there were many sparrows nesting in the trees at the front of the hotel, however, the staff did not clean after them. There was bird poop in the area I walked in.
The lights for the buttons to push to call for an elevator don't light up. This would helpful so a person knows if the elevator is going up or coming down.
