Staff was excellent. Incredibly clean rooms. I left something in the rooms and they shipped it right back to me the next day!

We’ve been here several times. Close to BWI in a safe, low traffic area. Lots of food nearby and a Sam’s. Great location for football games in Baltimore. Friendly staff, good breakfast, cookies and tea at 6pm.

The place was great! Kitchen, microwave, stove and refrigerator were a great addition. Everywhere we needed to go was 15 to 20 minutes from hotel. Will definitely go there again!

This is a great place for a comfortable, long stay. The functioning kitchenette is very convenient.

我没有留下来。我下午 6:30 到达，晚上 9:30 退房。每个枕套上都有污渍。床单很破旧。天花板上也有污渍。非常令人失望，酒店需要更新他们的装饰和家具。非常单调，一点也不像网上的图片，色彩鲜艳明亮。请问我已经要求退款，但贵公司根本没有帮助。
我通过*******预订了一家允许携带宠物的酒店，价格很划算，不到一百美元。然而，当我准备入住时，接待员却说带狗要额外支付100美元。酒店描述和网上入住流程中都没有提到这一点。我要求咨询酒店经理，因为我不打算为带狗入住房间支付更多费用，而且酒店也没有提到这一点，这让我很不确定是否应该支付这笔费用。他们把费用降到了五十美元，但体验并不好。“套房”里的空调无法调低音量，电器设备和插座也坏了。
