This property is not clean, at all. Walking off the filthy elevator, the carpets in the hall were completely soiled with very visible stains everywhere. Once in the room, the bathroom was something from a low grade motel. Don’t think about having the temp in the room to your liking as it is controlled by management. I could have paid just a few more dollars a night and stayed elsewhere, and I will next time.

The reviews of this hotel did not jive at all with what the hotel actually looked like. The floor in the elevator was in bad shape and the carpet in the hallways and in our room were badly stained. Upkeep of the room could have been better. The breakfast was marginal-my husband had a sausage patty that was as hard as a rock.

Very friendly front desk staff
Breakfast was very good and they had turkey options which I appreciated. First hotel I was able to eat breakfast meat at since I don’t eat pork and have not experienced other hotels that offered an alternative

Marginal Experience at Best
breakfast, barely edible, Service none, 1 cookie left at 5pm and no more available. no recognition on arrival, refusal to five a receipt until other person came to correct and say I was paying on premisis and they could print me a receipt. Wow, so many other times and never these problems. totally dated facility but mos of the staff was friendly.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inn Express and this was not up to par. Carpets were stained. Vent in bathroom was dirty. Air conditioner was very loud. But it easy to access from the highway and the staff was nice enough. We were only there for 10 hours but I wouldn’t book again. The breakfast was good.
