Unkept to the point there was no face on a dresser drawer and the bathroom fixtures were rusty and the ceiling was bubbling and crumbling.

The hotel is Nice and quiet. hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. Indoor pool is a plus.
only thing I would critique is on their website. It says about a continental breakfast which they do not offer.
I would absolutely recommend to stay here. They made my stay welcoming & overall wonderful experience.

It was a nice room the only complaint is the mold under the sink in the bathroom there was a lot of it and you could definitely smell it when you showered. Front desk lady was super nice.

We were very impressed with how clean the room and hotel is. The property is dated and equipment is old. The toilet sang loudly when flushed, the AC was very noisy and the frodge in our room leaked all over the floor and had to be unplugged which made it leak more. Ice machines did not work, but staff gave us ice. Unfortunately there was no breakfast and no creamer for morning coffee.

Run down and badly needs cleaning
Breakfast was advertised but none provided, rusty red water horrible I wouldn’t drink it,shower curtains stained elevators smelled horrible due to filthy carpet they didn’t work properly either! No outside lights parking lot filthy the chairs in garden section deplorable all those balcony had layers of dust… sign on wall said ice and vending machine.. walked whole way down there to find nothing there…Other than that I didn’t see any bugs and shower was hot

This property is currently under construction and in very poor condition. They should not be accepting reservations in its current state. Although the ******* listing claims that "Breakfast is included," the property manager informed us that breakfast is unavailable due to ongoing construction.

Even though there were no more than 20 vehicles at site, I was placed on 3rd floor, near back entrance by stairwell, outer door unlocked at all times. No breakfast as listed on *******, only coffee. Hot water was only lukewarm.

I book the room 1 king bed and bathroom with bathtub for my family . But they put me handicap room. I request to change me different room, but they not give me any option. Bathroom was horrible like I’m a disabled person. Also they were offering me breakfast but they not provided. I never go back.

酒店回复: When you book through a third party they make the reservation, the hotel IS UNABLE TO MODIFY A THIRD PARTY RESERVATION, so when you booked your room is was a handicap room, again THE HOTEL IS UNABLE TO MODIFY ANY THIRD PARTY RESERVATION
