Our room was about an hour late for availability at check in but the front desk staff were absolutely awesome and made it right. I appreciate the guy at the front desks effort to make it right for the room not being ready. Upgraded view, comped parking and bottled water.

走进酒店——感觉很棒。前台很友好，房间也不错。但是……总是有个但是。我被告知不要把车停在路边，因为之前有车被盗，要停在车库里。停车费是30美元。车库门坏了，没有监控，任何人都可以随便进去。我为什么要付30美元？后来我才知道，万豪酒店会在信用卡上冻结50美元……说是杂项费用。但是……四个小时后，酒店竟然从我的信用卡里扣了40美元。我打电话给客服，客服代表和他的上司都一头雾水。所以，不，这次旅行体验很糟糕。
我订了两间房，两间房的电视都能用。退房时我告诉了工作人员，但他们似乎并不在意。暖气打开时，有金属物体震动得很响，影响了我们的睡眠。第二间房说淋浴的水温从未超过微温。
