Beautiful hotel in great location. Standard 2 queen room felt more roomy and airy than most hotel rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Staff were polite. Parking is pricey, but valet service was speedy even on what seemed to be a particularly busy weekend with several weddings, a football game and UC Parents weekend. Would definitely stay again.

I appreciated that location and easy access to the facility. The valet parking option was a wonderful option and appreciation the 24 hours service. The hotel staff was helpful and welcoming.

入住时间过后两小时才有房间
我们去那里玩游戏,时间很赶。入住时他们没有空房间,说已经订满了。他们早就知道了,应该提前安排好。而且,他们告诉我们要排队等房间,结果等得时间短的人就主动过来抢先订到了房间。他们没有系统,想干什么就干什么。我们迟到了,他们却对我们冷漠无情,态度恶劣。
我们的房间宽敞干净,浴室布局舒适,淋浴间内配有洗发水和沐浴露。不过,由于我们的房间靠街,晚上会因为街上摩托车、汽车和卡车的轰鸣声而有点吵。如果有什么办法可以减少街上的噪音,酒店应该这么做。
