房间不错,是套房,有客厅,卫生间和卧室也是分开的,冬天来,出门就是酒店后院雪景,客厅有书桌,不加早饭房费不算贵,可以叫附近超市的外卖
这家酒店位置很好,价格也合理。特别要感谢调酒师和早餐服务人员。他们非常尽心,让我感觉就像在家里一样。另外,这是一家大型酒店,对于行动不便的人来说可能会有些挑战。有趣的是,从大堂到最近的电梯要走很长一段路。我确实觉得他们需要简化入住流程。当时他们正在培训一名新员工,对此我没有意见。一名员工在接受培训,另外两名在指导他。我到达时,有20多个人在排队。那是唯一的办理入住选择。我们所有人(耐心!)都在那里等着,每个人都以蜗牛般的速度办理着入住。他们没有说一句“请大家稍等”或因为长时间等待而提供5美元的饮品折扣。这与我所了解的希尔顿品牌相去甚远。
我作为婚宴宾客在这里住了两晚。大堂的空调坏了,所以所有公共区域都很热。有些房间的空调也坏了,他们给客人提供了风扇,但这只会把热空气吹来吹去。健身房还有漏水。退房时,我出现了严重的过敏反应。我当天就给他们打了电话,甚至还拍了照片。但是没有人!我是说真的,一个人都没有!给我回电话。我不得不四天后再次打电话跟进。我不推荐住在这里。附近有很多更好的酒店,而且离哪里都近。
看了评论,我以为这家酒店会更现代化、更好一些。但它真的非常非常旧,有爆米花天花板,70年代的沙发。我们有个阳台,却没有椅子,那还有什么用呢?如果你预订的房间包含免费早餐,一定要在前台餐厅告诉那位女士,因为她只想收你的钱。她甚至都不会问客人是否包含早餐,如果他们什么都不说,她就直接给他们账单。她简直就是在骗钱。当我们吃免费早餐的时候,她还一直盯着我们吃,看我们从早餐吧拿了什么。感觉非常恶心。卧室的空调不给力,我的冰箱味道恶心透了!房间里的水槽下水也不畅。
我喜欢的地方是卧室里的大衣柜,床很舒服,浴室也很干净。
总的来说,我们入住体验并不好。鉴于之前看到的评论,我本来期待能有更好的体验。
非常漂亮的地方
泳池关闭了。除此之外,其他方面都非常棒!服务人员超级友好,环境也很干净。免费停车也很贴心。

我只在这里住了一晚,工作人员非常友好。我的房间很大,有一个漂亮的客厅,与卧室分开。他们还有一个漂亮的小厨房。房间很干净,浴室也很干净,所有东西都齐全。我没有点自助早餐,所以不知道食物好不好。唯一不太喜欢的是Redz餐厅的酒水非常贵,而且一点酒味都没有。

酒店总体不错,安静又干净。前台工作人员不太友好。房间空调跟不上,走廊/大堂非常潮湿。我们把空调调到70华氏度(约21摄氏度),结果只能调到75华氏度(约24摄氏度),窗帘都拉上了。
泳池很大,但热水浴缸坏了。泳池房很热,所以要做好只能游泳的准备,因为太热而且空气不流通,不适合坐着看家人游泳。地面保养得很好,有很多空间、草坪和桌椅可以休息。健身房也不错,没有什么特别的,但有好几台跑步机和健身器材。酒吧和餐厅也很大,但我们没有用。总的来说,价格还算合理。
我没能入住,因为酒店的空调坏了。他们给了我另一家酒店更小的房间,但那间房根本住不下我们一行人。酒店也没有打电话通知我,让我做相应的安排。我到酒店办理入住的时候才发现。我不得不在堵车和雷雨天气中开了两个多小时的车,才带着不开心的三岁双胞胎回家!
