这家酒店宣传房间隔音,但仅仅因为在房间里说话就收到了噪音投诉。我预订了两间房,但由于门锁问题,我没法在房间里睡觉,只能等着维修工来开门。我不得不睡在车里,因为我全家,包括我5个月大的宝宝,都挤在一个房间里,真是太不方便了,还浪费了一大笔钱。我再也不会住这家酒店了。
参加完守灵仪式回来。晚上11点,隔壁有婴儿在哭闹。作为家长,我理解。但大人们的吵闹声还在继续。他们在喝酒,我们看到门外放着一箱箱空酒瓶和脏床单。我们等到午夜,意识到他们不会罢休,于是我打电话给前台,前台让我们收拾好行李,去前台换一间新房间。
我们上了二楼,发现新房间有一股烟味,像是被吸烟者用过的,所以我们又下楼换了一间房间。由于我最近做了肩部手术,一直吊着吊带,所以换房间变得很困难。我们带着3个包和一个大袋子,用来装礼服,因为我们是来城里参加葬礼的。
我们终于在凌晨1点30分左右睡着了。
我们起床洗澡穿衣时,房间里没有吹风机。他们给我们送了一个到房间,但坏了,打不开。再加上
房间里弥漫着咖喱味,走廊里弥漫着“烟味”。酒店设施的臭味真是难以克服——这家酒店的床铺质量很差,整体环境也很差,简直是臭气熏天。
3点至11点以及早上入住和退房时,客服服务不佳。我之前多次入住这家酒店,但清洁度不佳。房间设施陈旧,不适合作为单卧室套房。

前台工作人员很好,但是,在我入住期间,有人随意敲我的门好几次,似乎安全措施不够。我好几次被吵醒了。我住在这里的唯一原因是因为一位亲近的家庭成员生病了,而且这家酒店离她家很近。除此之外,这家酒店预订满了孩子,没有父母照看他们。我希望如果我必须回到这个地方,保安和前台工作人员能更好地控制这个地方。
前台的工作人员非常乐于助人且友好。早餐还可以。泳池区很冷,所以我们无法游泳,因为我们不想生病。房间很好,唯一的缺点是床垫下面有人的脏丁字裤,除了住宿还可以之外,我对此感到非常恶心。
房间很干净,床很舒服。我唯一的抱怨是浴室和厨房水槽里的水不会变热。只有淋浴有热水。除此之外,非常好的、舒适的住宿。谢谢
