This property seemed pretty new. Everyone was very friendly. Stores and a variety of places to eat were nearby along with a mall, Wal-Mart and Target. I will definitely return.

You can smell people smoking from the room next door

酒店回复: My sincere apologies about the smoke smell. We are a smoke free hotel, but unable to control it unless it is reported to us immediately. When informed, we do walk the hallways to try and locate where the smell is coming from. Thank you for the good review and we hope that you will stay with us again.

入住过程很愉快，但是服务员大声报出了我的房间号——这是一个重大错误，我本来会对此提出异议，但是我是大堂里唯一的客人。由于第二天的旅行情况有变，我要求延迟退房，他们给了我一个延迟退房的时间。我去拿冰块，但是四楼的机器坏了。附近有一位员工，所以我问她是否知道冰块坏了（不知道），她主动提出给我拿一些。我说没有必要，所以我们乘电梯下到三楼。她帮我按住了电梯，但是那台制冰机也坏了。二楼的制冰机可以正常工作。要么是其他客人没有报告这个问题，要么是它们不是需要优先修理的，要么是服务技术人员已经超额预订了。我喜欢房间的布局和带滴滤咖啡机的设备齐全的厨房。第二天早餐后，我再次去前台确认我延迟退房的记录，前台说他们知道，但客房服务人员没有收到通知，于是他发短信通知了主管。嗯，所以只完成了一半的工作，幸运的是，我避开了上午11点客房服务人员敲门的烦人场面。我觉得三个员工在早餐区讨论前雇员和工作话题，让客人听到，这很不合适。
