Clean hotel, friendly check in clerk, her name was Dawn and she was exceptional. Only suggestions I have is more big towels in the bathroom. We had two big towels, three hand towels and two wash clothes. I prefer to use a large towel for my hair and one for my body. Not a big deal and I’m certain if I had asked for another towel I would have been able to get one. The heater in the room is programmable and it was showing 22°, I know it was warmer than that but I tried to see if I could fix and couldn’t. I’m guessing it was set to Celsius and we use Fahrenheit obviously. My husband said the breakfast was a good selection. This is our third time staying at this location and we will stay again.

Really nice! Front desk staff was so friendly and they were very welcoming to our dogs. The hotel is convenient and quiet and clean and recently renovated! The room was clean and comfy. Great breakfast in the morning, too. SO delicious!

Extremely clean. Great bedding and mattresses. Plenty of electrical outlets. Large rooms. Water pressure was wonderful.

Comfortable hotel while coinage through Buffalo on a very long road trip. Really appreciated the very early morning coffee and breakfast availability.
