My stay was excellent, I would recommend this hotel as 5star, it has everything that a patron would like especially the breakfast buffet

We had an excellent stay. The room we were in did not have black out blinds so it remained quiet light during the night, because of the city lights.

Family Trip
We had an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t bring a pack n play with us and they brought one up to us. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen. There were SO many options it was fantastic. The dining area, lobby, and pool area were extremely clean. There was always someone cleaning something in the common areas. The pool was very fun for our 14 month old and 3 year old. Check out was just as simple. We would stay at this location again in the future!

The hotel is very modern, clean, and is close to a lot of great stores and restaurants! They have a great selection for breakfast food and it was delicious. Only two complaints were that they only had bold flavoured coffee(which is completely a preference complaint), and they had used some kind of scent/essential oil in the room and it was very overpowering to the point where we had to leave the door and window open for a good 10-15 minutes to help dissipate the smell. The scent is fine in the hallway but was too much in the room.

幸运的是，衣服最终送到了，但我却因此支付了租车超期归还的费用。
酒店里没有任何人对此表示歉意。
