Overall rooms were clean, lots of options with breakfast and the pool and water slide were great. The staff were all friendly and available to answer any questions we had.
The location is right off the 401 so that was a big plus for us.
We would definitely book this hotel again and would recommend to others

Everything was lovely from the friendly people at the front desk to the breakfast to the cleanliness of the facility. We’ve been here before and we will continue to return when we’re in the area.

This was a wonderful hotel. Everybody was very kind and friendly. It was a little further from the city than we planned, but at 12 minute drive took us into downtown.

Marriott property but this hotel is being run on a shoestring budget. Staff was willing to help but: towels are threadbare; internet hookup was to one device only, and additional access put us in an endless loop (tech support was not able to find a solution); room cleaning service is every second day but after three nights/four days, floors weren’t swept, trash remained, beds unattended (desk manager was unable to “get me on the housekeeping list” so he came up himself and did a light clean); a roach type bug emerged from the shower drain on night 4 (I have video) which made me wonder where else they may be. So disappointing for these usually reliable hotels. Will reconsider my Marriott Bonvoy membership in the future, and look for a different hotel to stay in when I travel.

Nice entrée; rooms are nice and spacious; bathroom had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were not impressed with the fact they didn’t clean the the room on Saturday. We were looking for clean towels as our were still wet when we went to have a shower after a very busy day. The breakfast was very delicious and we really enjoyed it

没有热水。对于这么大、这么贵的酒店，你理所当然地认为淋浴会有热水。我们放了10分钟水，水还是冰凉的。我们告诉前台经理，他们说酒店人很多，淋浴必须至少放15分钟才能有热水。我解释说，这根本说不通，如果酒店里每个人都放15分钟水，怎么会突然变热呢？热水器又不是这么用的。我得到的回应非常粗鲁。我完全不推荐这家酒店——价格虚高，客服经理也粗鲁无礼。千万别来。
