Overall good experience. Debbie was fantastic which I hope the property manager could take lessons from. He wasn’t the friendliest person.

Np early check in and the flashing light on the smoke detector in the room was a bit much, Other than that stay was adequate. Front desk service was friendly.

Newer hotel that is clean with friendly staff. Great poole with waterslode for the kids. Located in south Guelph so not alot around but great place to stay if you have a car!

Room 522 needs some attention. The bathroom sink was cracked and it looks like they tried to fix it with caulking... the office chair had a huge rip in it... also the slide wasn't open, even though the guy at check in said it would be... don't think we will be back

Overall rooms were clean, lots of options with breakfast and the pool and water slide were great. The staff were all friendly and available to answer any questions we had.
The location is right off the 401 so that was a big plus for us.
We would definitely book this hotel again and would recommend to others

Everything was lovely from the friendly people at the front desk to the breakfast to the cleanliness of the facility. We’ve been here before and we will continue to return when we’re in the area.

Everything was wonderful staff were amazing and overall a great experience definitely will be coming back
工作人员非常乐于助人，态度也很好。尤其是他们还帮我们指了个好地方，因为附近人不多（不过附近的Town’s Heart Indian餐厅很不错）。唯一不足的是水压可以再大一点。水压还不错，但我喜欢水压大一点的。
没有热水。对于这么大、这么贵的酒店，你理所当然地认为淋浴会有热水。我们放了10分钟水，水还是冰凉的。我们告诉前台经理，他们说酒店人很多，淋浴必须至少放15分钟才能有热水。我解释说，这根本说不通，如果酒店里每个人都放15分钟水，怎么会突然变热呢？热水器又不是这么用的。我得到的回应非常粗鲁。我完全不推荐这家酒店——价格虚高，客服经理也粗鲁无礼。千万别来。
热水需要几分钟才能达到舒适的温度 - 一开始是凉爽的几分钟。
