住得不错
办理入住花了55分钟，当我要求与一位主管通话时，他告诉我他/她正在休息。
他们向我保证会联系我，并把我和其他也在等待“检查”房间的人列在一个名单上。
他们给了我和妻子一块饼干，并让我等着。
现在离退房还有一个小时，我仍然没有收到“主管”的联系。
淋浴排水管堵了，所以你站在两英寸深的肥皂水中——需要检查！
工作人员乐于助人，通情达理。我们不太满意我们的房间位于酒店地下一层，感觉有点暗。房间是新装修的，非常舒适干净。我们很喜欢Nespresso咖啡。唯一的缺点是噪音。虽然没有客人很吵，但由于都是新地板，通往隔壁房间的门下有一个很大的缝隙。感觉隔壁房间的人几乎就在我们房间里。我们也能清楚地听到楼上孩子们的动静。每个人都很尊重安静的时间，所以我们睡得很好。床很舒服，温度也适宜。
我们在酒店餐厅吃了饮料和小吃。鱿鱼不太好吃。它不像我们希望的那样酥脆热乎。它上菜很快，好像在我们点菜之前就已经做好了。工作人员热情友好。

所有工作人员都很友好，乐于助人。前台、酒吧和餐厅都很棒。入住这么新的酒店也很棒。设施齐全，看到我们最喜欢的Nespresso咖啡机更是锦上添花。格兰峡谷步道也给我们带来了惊喜。
