Property was nice and clean, staff was nice and welcoming. Check in was easy, the room was as expected, clean and smelled good.

Staff was very helpful but not cordial; they seemed stressed or tired and distant or avoidant. Sorry but I'm used to very upbeat, enthusiastic and welcoming, pleasant service

I actually felt bad for the staff who were there- they could have used more support.
The breakfast offerings were subpar.
The rooms were clean and what was remodeled was nice, but there were still items in the room that needed work.

床单上满是灰尘，枕头里还有头发。我把情况告诉了前台那位年纪较大的白人女士，并要求更换床单，她说酒店只有一个服务人员。整整三个晚上，这些问题都没有得到解决。
迷你吧无法正常工作，微波炉也很糟糕。
此外，晚上发生了一些事情，房间里弥漫着一股非常难闻的气味。我们不知道是有人在吸什么奇怪的东西还是其他东西，但这确实很烦人。
前台接待人员在我们办理入住和退房手续期间全程都在玩手机。入住期间，我们的房间一次也没有打扫过。
