I enjoyed my stay. The people who were at the front desk were super helpful and professional and very courteous and pleasant five stars!!!
My only complaint, is the television wasn’t working properly.
Other than that, I would stay again

The breakfast was varied and always hot and fresh. The staff was very accommodating to us and our family members. The room was spacious. Some issues with the TV were resolve quickly.

The good: Check in in the evening was great, with a friendly staff member. Easy parking. Area was quiet and seemed safe. Facilities were in good shape and clean.
The bad: No working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Morning staff members were just hanging out talking to each other. There were 3 at the entrance and acted like they were other guests. They were getting their own coffee, so I had to wait in line behind them. I looked towards the desk as I left and said "have a good day" and only one looked up and just said "thanks".
Overall- very nice and I would recommend.

The elevator didn't work or was so slow it was easier taking the steps... even with a bum knee.

The staff was not helpful at all, they told us the elevator was slow but that was an understatment, it kept getting stuck on the second floor so I would have to take the stairs to push the button so my 77 year old mom could get on the elevator, then on the last day when it was time to take all of our luggage out to the car the elevator was out of order!!! I walked down the stairs with what luggage I could manage and asked the front desk if there was anyone that could help me with the rest so I could help my mom down the stairs, she looked at me like really!!! And the. Proceeded to tell me I’m the only one here so no I can’t help you. This place is a crap hole and the only reason people stay here is because they have to. There are no other options in the area and it shows that they know that and don’t care!!! I will stay in charlotte and drive there next time to have a better place to stay it would be worth it !!!

Only used the hotel to sleep in for two nights and everything was good except for two nights in a row the fire alarm went on early in the morning. I’m planning to stay again soon. Thanks

We've stayed twice. Both times we've been put into the wheelchair accessible rooms. Both having issues... this last stay the shower was disgusting. Visible mold in the floor and growing up the walls. The shower was almost unusable. There was no soap. The bed was comfortable. But it noisy there. You can hear all the people walking around above you. We will not be staying here again.
