What’s not very happy with the whole bath shower combination very unsafe I’ve never seen a shower in such a big tub. There should’ve been a separate shower, but the view was amazing and everything else was great.😍

I love staying here every year about 4 to 5 times. Front desk is very professional and friendly. Clean staff has great customer service. Facility is very clean.

There’s a beautiful entrance leading to a pretty lobby. Directly on the ocean with beautiful beautiful views. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. All of the pools were clean and maintained. The property appears a little bit older, but everything was spotless and the entire area appears a little bit older- like any beachfront community.

I booked 2 rooms one for my husband and I, and one for my parents. They put us on the second floor beside each other. Both room had roaches, I had the manger come up to the room to take a look at them crawling. She moved us up to the 3rd floor, which didn’t have any roaches after we inspected. Other than that issue it was a great stay. I front desk check in staff was friendly. The manager offered us drinks to the restaurant downstairs, to accommodate the issue with the room. But we do not drink alcohol, and they did not offer anything else which I thought was really sad. I’m giving them a three because I have stayed here before and I had no issues a year prior.

Restaurant experience was OK except for the location is right by the indoor swimming pool. So it gets pretty loud when people are in the pool. Otherwise restaurant was very nice.

带家人来大洋城海滩玩，住这里真是太棒了。这家酒店位于木板路比较安静的地段，设施一流，还有很多适合孩子的活动。孩子们在餐厅吃饭免费，泳池边的服务也很好。虽然我们入住的时候是旺季，客房清洁服务有些滞后，但他们每天都打扫了我们的房间。
