The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that can be improved is pillows and bed sheets (pillows were flat and the fit of the sheets could be improved).

I was unable to be there due to sickness. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I will never deal with Hampton Inns again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean rooms, convenient centralized access to everything, safe, well-lit parking, a diverse complimentary hot breakfast, and attentive and friendly front desk. All the things you want to experience in a hotel.
After a long 6.5 hour trip from California I was exhausted at check-in, and one front desk staff employee in particular, Andrea (Annie) was a sweetheart, and went above and beyond, by assisting me bringing things to my room. It's people like her who are an asset to a hotel. I will definitely be back!

My outlets did not work in the restroom. My wife was forced to do her hair outside the restroom. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.

Do better cleaning the bathroom please
The staff was friendly but the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and the beds were very hard. It felt like the mattresses were the old spring style. That was tolerable however the long black hair (not my hair color) that was in the bathtub was a disgusting thing to find when I opened the shower curtain. Based on this I’ll stay somewhere else next time I am in the area.

房间很干净，也很不错。唯一的不足是食物有点凉。不过我们住得很愉快。
虽然过了正常入住时间，我们还是等了大约20分钟房间才准备好，但总体来说入住体验非常棒。房间非常干净，客房服务和前台服务人员都非常出色。我肯定会再次入住。
