The staff were great and helpful. Free shuttle was a nice plus. I didn't know the hotel was being renovated. If I did, I wouldn't have stayed there. I didn't get free breakfast, though I thought I would. My room had a slight mildew smell. By my last night, the smell was bothering me. I understand things aren't perfect during renovations, but I won't stay here again.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations. There was no access to the pool or fitness center, no breakfast bar, the main entrance was closed and I had to go in through a side entrance - basically there was a check in desk in the middle of some renovations (literally there were painters working around me as I was checking in). The hotel should make people aware of these facts on their listing. Had I known the state of the place, I would have gone elsewhere.
我们预订并支付了一间大床房，也收到了确认。但办理入住后到房间才发现，竟然是两张双人床。我丈夫去换房时，前台一个人说大床房都订满了，另一个人却说酒店正在改造，根本就没有大床房。我也不知道哪个是真的。很明显他们根本不想帮我们解决问题，而且我们行李都卸完了，所以就只好将就住了。大家注意了，你预订的可能和实际拿到的不一样，酒店也完全没有提前说明。
房间平庸，服务糟糕。
充其量只能说平庸，服务质量低于平均水平。入住时安排的房间很脏，没有打扫过。不得不换房间。我的卡被额外扣款了，工作人员也解释不清原因。我打电话给前台，前台说了一堆废话，然后就挂断了。我又打了6次电话，被告知第二天再联系经理。第二天我又打电话解释了问题。投诉后，丢失的钱被退回了我的账户。以后不会再住这里了。
我们住过她家很多次了。这次他们正在施工，竟然没有告诉我们房间没有自来水！我们告诉他们后，他们却说了声抱歉！不退款，也不换房间。他们说，夜班应该通知我们，因为施工，房间没有自来水。这事儿应该提前通知！！！！！！！
我的整体体验很好。房间没有任何问题。唯一不方便的是，我退房那天早上，酒店不得不关闭供水几个小时。入住时并没有告知我这一点。如果能提前知道就好了。前台贴了个告示，但放在了旁边，也没有人指出。那天早上，我也收到了一张夹在门缝下的纸条。我对通知的方式不太满意。如果能在客人入住时告知他们这一点，会更明智、更方便。我猜是因为大楼正在维修或翻新，所以关闭了供水。
接待员极其粗鲁。我们预订了一间三人房，房间里有一张特大床，但她却表示已经没有加床了。如果她能找到加床，她会把加床搬到房间里来。最后，他们确实把床搬来了，但态度极其粗鲁。
由于施工，酒店停水。工作人员没有通知我们，这根本就不是宣传。酒店里到处都是建筑垃圾！
我几乎喜欢这里的一切，但确实需要清洁服务来清理垃圾、修理床铺、更换毛巾。
正在进行一些装修，但每扇门上都有标牌。很感激……去机场的班车也很棒。
