Room smells like it hasn't been opened in weeks and was smoked in at some point. Got 2 double beds in both our rooms when we paid for king beds.

We are a nonsmoking property however our rooms do have fireplaces so from time to time there may be a smokey smell from outside or even the use of the fireplace. I do see that you reserved the king room, and placed in a double room. There was no price change to you at all, the double does actually rent at a higher rate. The front desk team wanted to make sure you had a room instead of having to cancel your reservation with us. We do hope that you will stay with us again in the future and give our property another chance at providing you with a 10/10 stay.

In the first impression room looked nice but scenario got changed when we used kitchen sink. Kitchen sink drainage water started coming out to the floor. It was horrible.

The room felt a little neglected but the worst issue for us was the lack of outlet power. When we tried to use the hotels supplied hairdryer in the morning the power didn’t just got out (the switches in the power box were all on) but all the lights would flicker on and off when the hairdryer was on. Nothing worked following this so we weren’t able to dry our hair or use any devices which

It was smooth all over. Just needed to wait until 4pm because that is the check in time which was fine. Good breakfast and clean rooms. Will recommend!

Staff was very kind, amenities were nice, my only complaint is the room I think 1113 was loud due to highway noise. Even at night it sounded like people were drag racing. But other than that I was happy with my stay.

各方面还不错。不过一楼房间比较暗，二楼没电梯。
我不会再住这里了。因为是长住酒店，所以有很多带着孩子的家庭住在这里。我甚至无法享受按摩浴缸，因为孩子们一直在里面进进出出。我们房间里还有飞蛾问题，太糟糕了……哎呀！
