Room smelled like male cat urine. Brought it to the attention of the staff but no other room was available. The bushes outside the windows reeked of feral cat urine too so my guess was the smell was entering through the AC vents under the window. Worst experience ever! Rooms, kitchen area was clean and tidy. I will pass on staying again.

Our Go To Hotel in NWA.
We always stay at this hotel when we come to the Fayetteville area. It is centrally located and right off the interstate. Close to food and rooms are always comfortable and clean.

Overall was a good stay
The room was spacious, bed was not very comfortable & worn down. I liked the full kitchen, but we had an ant problem. The pool was nice & well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good on the front day, but not great on the second day. Overall I might stay here again.

Fayetteville stay
Breakfast options was on the weaker side of other stays at other properties. The person taking care of the area was not restocking very well so choices were limited to eat. Bed was lumpy compared to many other Marriott properties we've stayed at. Hotel is older but maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Continental breakfast was awesome- loved the crustless quiches! Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained.
Pool was very small and a little murky, so if you’re looking to have a place for kids, this probably isn’t a good place!

Found dried blood stain on the fitted sheet. After laying in bed for a couple hours. Then found some on the pillowcase. Which means they didn't change the sheets. No chance they end up together after being laundered

Great! I left my fave Swig cup in Tye room after I’d checked out. A front desk clerk went back to let me in to retrieve my cup!!
