The room was cold and empty. No radio, no clock, small king bed setting low to the floor. Commode small and low like for a child and three water stains on the ceiling as if it has been leaking. Really poor example of holiday inn suites.

We went to a concert in Mountain Home and when we go up there, we always stay at Holiday Inn express the rooms are always fabulous. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are clean. We love the rolling shower

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the desk clerks to housekeeping was wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Was quoted a price online. Reserved said room. When checking out made sure to get final bill. $142.07. Card was charged that day for that amount. Then next day it was changed to $152.09. Called them and asked why, 2 women didn’t have a clue. Said their receipt says $142.07 and that it wasn’t them and they don’t know why my bank charged me the extra… She even looked in the computer to see if extra charges were applied and there wasn’t.. hahaha. Like they aren’t the ones who literally charged my card that and trying to blame my bank!? Charged me the correct amount the first time and then another amount another time?? PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! Filing fraud with my bank!!! The “manager” was of no help and was the one blaming my bank for charging me more 😂 like what?
