I Staff was very helpful. Especially Michael G. He was very helpful when I was looking for information for something in the area.

We love Hamptons unfortunately, this particular Hampton is being renovated. It wasn't up to Hampton standards and we felt there should have been a discount.

The elevator was broke and so many older people would have to wait 15 to 20 min for the elevator and people kept getting stuck….so awful.

Map gives you wrong directions. No front desk. Using a roll desk. Breakfast not good. Room clean but not what i booked on line. Shower edge fell apart while i was showering. Clean. Elevator sounds terrible. Very clean. Check in easy. I had to find place on my own. Looked for other hotels around it. Directions send you to wrong area

Hotel staff was very friendly, but paying 300+ for 2 nights I expected the room to be bigger. It was super cramped

The front desk person was really nice and checked us in quickly. Was disappointed that I was unaware of remodeling as well as they mentioned. The elevator might not work, so you didn't know if you were gonna make it up or down which was concering. They stated we were in a remodeled room, but it was. I'm not up to date and did not look remodeled. The bed was super uncomfortable

Property was under heavy renovation and it wasn't advertised that way. No front desk, no dining area. After we finally got checked in, went to our room, the television didn't work. The desk clerk gold is they had plenty of ton
