Room wasn’t very clean. Carpet needed vacuumed, tub had rust stains in it and carpet in the hall was torn/stained. Needs some updates. Overall property was not good.

Did not like where handicap parking is. It should be right up by rhe door not diamond members or have a door by the the handiicap parking. This should be a violation and not pass code.

We had issues checking in. Their computer was not working so it declined all credit cards (everyone’s) even though we paid already through ******* they make you give a credit card to have on file before you can check in. They finally had me fill out a paper with credit card info so they could let us have our room. Took almost 20 minutes to check in. The ladies at the desk were very nice, they had to call the manager at home to know how to still let people check in. Finally got in our room after long day of travel.

We’re back.

We were so impressed a week ago when we stayed here, that we decided to stay here on our return trip. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. There are two very good dining options next door. This time we enjoyed the pizza from Golden Grains. Super safe walking neighborhood. Once again the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Booked thru ******* but have Hilton Honors and wouldn’t give late check-out (our plane was quite delayed). Shower didn’t drain, so standing in soapy water entire shower; my husband called to let them know so it could be fixed after we checked out and didn’t care. Guest bathroom at entrance out-of-order, no alternative. While waiting in lobby for our ride to leave staff repeatedly swept near me and got my luggage wet mopping. It was clean, but just really an unfriendly feeling here.
