Hot water took about 5 mins to come on in the shower. Room was average clean, not super clean

Had to change rooms 3 times to get a room that was clean. After the 2nd dirty room I asked the manager to have housekeeping find a clean room for us that had been vacuumed and with clean sheets. Person that checked us in never even apologized.

It was in a convenient location to Albany International Airport and they had a shuttle to take me there early at 4:00 am

Staff was very helpful, surroundings was nice. I had a litte issues with my room and staff was very prompt and switch my room in a timely fashion, they even assist me with my bags.
