Hotel staff were super friendly. Room was very clean and bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I will be returning to Auburn Holiday Inn in the future.

The staff was helpful but this is a very old hotel that was remodeled. It's in ok shape. The elevators sounds scary so I took the stairs. The price per night is way too high for what this property has to offer. It should be about half of that.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also, the breakfast and the 2 servers were top rate. It was worth it to have a hot breakfast before we hit the road! Thank you, we'll be back.

The hotel had the amenities needed however we had to wait almost two hours past check in for our rooms to be ready and one of our rooms smelled awful.
The Staff were friendly and helpful and the Hotel was clean.

The plus's outweighed the negatives
Requested a king bed. Room had two double beds. No comfortable chair. Bathtub instead of a shower. All that said. The price was reasonable. Breakfast although it was not free was excellent and the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff members we encountered were very nice. The restaurant food was good. Everything was fine until I was about to take a shower. The tub was dirty.

The room that I checked into had pluming issues with the bathtub. After I brought it to the attention of the staff on duty, she went above and beyond to relocate me and my daughter into another room. The entire front desk receptionist staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to friends and family members.

The room was okay, except for the backed up sink. The toilet was very short- my knees were above my waist, which made it hard to get up, after. Bed was okay, but I would have liked it to be firmer.
