Checking in took over 15 minutes. The building was run down and dirty. The heat in our room didn’t work. We even read the directions on the thermostat and it continued to blow cold air. It was really noisy downstairs to the point it woke me up after 11pm. Very unimpressed. I will never return to this hotel again. Definitely not worth the money.

The property was clean outside & inside. The door to our room did not lock. Called the desk & someone came within minutes to fix it. We had dinner in the bar area & the food was mediocre. The poor waitress was trying to take care of the bar & wait on tables. She was over worked. The air conditioner & heater did not work but I did not report it until I checked out.

If I were to stay again, I would ask for a room that doesn't look out over the indoor pool. Too noisy.

Hotel staff were super friendly. Room was very clean and bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I will be returning to Auburn Holiday Inn in the future.

The staff was helpful but this is a very old hotel that was remodeled. It's in ok shape. The elevators sounds scary so I took the stairs. The price per night is way too high for what this property has to offer. It should be about half of that.
前台人手严重不足，但那位服务人员处理得很好。很不幸等了一会儿，但这真不是她的错，因为当时有10个房间的客人和一整车的旅行团同时办理入住，哈哈……酒吧的食物很棒，餐厅的早餐也一如既往地好。
服务人员非常棒，热情友好。房间非常干净舒适；我们很快就会再来！
