Staff was fine-- helpful and friendly. Room layout was strange with lavatory totally separate from toilet and bathing area, with little counterspace for toiletries-- none at all in toilet/bathroom.

Springhill Suites in Ridgecrest is a very comfortable hotel with a breakfast included is a real plus! Lots of breakfast options that are healthy too! The hotel staff friendly and very accommodating! Great place to stay!

凌晨 3 点，走廊里发生了一场打斗，管理层让这场打斗持续了一个多小时。即使打了几次电话给前台，情况仍然如此。感觉一点也不安全
