酒店回复: After looking through some of the notes about this reservation, it looks like there was a party in the room which is clearly stated not tolerated at the hotel. There is signage at check in desk and guest are made aware of this upon check in.

The room was very clean and friendly staff.
One of the elevators was down during check out time unfortunately.
In regards to the swimming pool shower head was broken & requires to be fixed. Very limited towels available and also, the pool area in general was very cold.

The property was gorgeous the staff was friendly and they had a great restaurant bar area. The only thing I didn’t like was both nights I stayed, there were children running and screaming up and down all the halls/floors of the hotel and bc of the layout it was echoing throughout the whole place. I had to get up early Saturday morning and tried to see if there was anything the front desk could do but they said they couldn’t do anything until after 10 pm.

第三次住这家酒店了。我们很喜欢它家这种带独立卧室的房型，这在其他地方很少见。但这次入住有点失望的是，早餐吧里没有培根墨西哥辣椒欧姆蛋了。那个真的超好吃，也是我们一直回来的原因之一。Libby（酒店某区域名称，若有误可替换为具体公共区域名称，例如：休息区、大堂）很漂亮，是个在房间外放松的好地方。健身房也很棒，器械都升级了。可惜这次泳池有点太冷了，而且也没有我们期望的那么干净。不过，我肯定还是会向其他人推荐这家酒店。
哇！房间太脏了。大堂和入住区超级干净，让人感觉很安全。房间很脏，不仅仅是入住前没有打扫干净，而是过去五年都没打扫过。清洁工作只能是拿垃圾袋重新铺床，因为没有擦拭表面，没有吸尘，也没有扫地或拖地。地毯和瓷砖上的食物残渣、死虫、霉菌和污垢令人毛骨悚然，天花板上的水渍和可疑的气味更是让人毛骨悚然。如果你住过加州格伦代尔或圣地亚哥的使馆套房，你可能会认为你会得到同样的服务和标准，那你就大错特错了。酒店的设施和客房清洁度都很糟糕，但前台接待和自助早餐的工作人员都很棒。我很抱歉把这些都算在这篇关于房间的诚实评论里。我希望我可以上传图片来警告大家！
