Hotel is very dated, bedding is old and cheap, no water pressure, needed to be id'd and searched every time we entered the hotel.

The way the security team treated my wife with always having to check her bag even when she showed them her room key. And in the Bestrio the waiter asks my wife for her id to charge it to the room and doesn't bring water to the table. And he doesn't even check on us while we are eating to see if we wanted anything else like the drink specials before 2pm. I also was never told that a $500.00 hold would be put on my credit card for incidentals. So after that was done I figured I would charge to my room to find out that they were charging my credit card for each purchase I made. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend it unless you are there to gamble.

The room carpet was stained and in need of shampoo. Couldn’t get pass all the smoke at the entrance and should be a separate line for over night guess to enter the hotel in need of a good restaurant it was my anniversary that was more like a bad diner. Horrible hotel

All staff was amazing! The room was clean but kinda old. The shower was weird cause it leaked all over the floor, like an outside shower & the shower head did not stay in place. But not bad

房间设施齐全，卫生好
由于我记错了离店的日期，所以在下午6点回到酒店的的时候我的行李已经被酒店的工作人员送到了保安部，但是我还有一些私人物品没有找到，后来去酒店前台联系了工作人员去房间里寻找也没有发现，是否是打扫房间的人员帮我收啊走了，里面有我每天要吃的药品，还有一些日用品，包括几件衣服，两双鞋，电动剃须刀，购物袋，保温杯等，还有几个电脑的U盘，里面有重要的文件。我希望酒店能够帮我找回我的物品。
一切都还可以，我会再来的。
酒店停车埸免费，大量车位，房间也很大，有雪柜，毛巾，风筒，洗头水，冲凉液和樽装水供应。但水温不太热，水流速度也很慢。
总体来说还是比较好的，就是洗澡水不太热，也可能是因为冬季的缘故，希望商家在此基础上有所改进。
