The hotel was really clean, the staff was so nice, the room was so big and the breakfast was amazing!!

The check in staff were very helpful. There was a mix up with my reservation and the staff were able to get everything worked out quickly. My room was very nice, clean and quiet.

Always like staying at the Hampton Inn. This time they didn’t service the room every day. When we complained, we were told it is a new process but we were not told of this. Website here and on their website says daily cleaning. Josh was nice and got us towels, but they didn’t service the room the next day after he said it would be cleaned every day. But they don’t make the beds-only give clean towels. Did get better after that. Couldn’t use the pool one day but not hotel’s fault-child had an accident and they room care of cleaning it.
Breakfast is always good.

This was a two week extended stay to visit our longtime friends/family. Accommodations were excellent.

Was nice to get an upgrade. Room had trash on floor and in trash can under tv table area. Hair in sink and black specks on sheets??? Didn’t seem Ike tug was vacuum. Need separation of hot tub and pool kids screaming and no parental control. One of main reason for choosing hotel for relax hot tub before bed. Parents outside getting drunk and pucking. Need separation pool and hot tub.

My room was “unavailable “ even though I had paid upfront during reservation. The room I was given did not even have a shower curtain.
