Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby welcoming and clean. Breakfast area spotless and better choices than most I have experienced. Room immaculate. Comfortable bed! I will stay here again.

The facilities were fine. The staff was fine. The public spaces were excellently appointed the breakfast was terrific.

I would have preferred that the room had a comfortable chair. The only place to sit down was the bed or the desk chair. The desk chair was too low and I did not see any way to raise it. In another concern I had was there is no heat in the bathroom. The air temperature was fine but the walls, tub, toilet, sink and tile floor were uncomfortably cold. Because of this, I will probably avoid coming back back to this hotel. My wife and I are both in our 70s, and temperature is now much more important to us.
