I visit Spring Hill for an event twice a year. I have stayed at all different properties. This hotel by far us the best most recommended by ne. Sandra was so helpful and courteous. The room, bathroom, libby environment was a 3 star star plemys

The fridge was very noisy
They immediately used my credit card and took $150 for incidentals, not just holding my card number, then told me it could be up to 10 days for the money to be returned which is ridiculous when we checked out, I will not stay with this hotel chain again
The yoghurt I had for breakfast was 4 days past its use by date, I pointed this out to staff

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very clean and in a quiet area. The lady at the Front Desk was very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at front desk was excellent. She was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast area was very well maintained and spotless. Thank you !!
不尽如人意。浴室水槽坏了，咖啡机第一天也用不了，电视遥控器不好使。没有地方能查到频道节目单，也没有说明或节目列表。
