Room service was invisible given our schedule but provided fresh towels and room tidying everyday.
We had room excess from both inside and outside the room. The area was quiet even though it was right off SR 98. The morning breakfast was great also.

I was not expecting to have an outside door to my room. We had an interior and exterior room. The desk attendant was on the phone with a friend or family when we arrived, but she tried to get off the phone quickly. Things felt fairly clean, but I could tell that the corners of the floor head collected dust debris.

Baby cockroach in the mini fridge and baby cockroach in one of the queen beds. Property is old with old furniture and cabinets. I have no idea how this property has a 9.0 rating.

Very nice hotel. I like two different doors. One for the hall and one for outside to parking lot.

Elevators are out but it’s only two floors, so worked. No pool. All the Staff were super! Breakfast offered a basic mix and waffles. A nice stay, but wouldn’t choose again due to no pool.

The hotel is on the edge of being shop worn. Elevators not available
Carpets need to be replaced.
Mattress needs to be replaced!!!
