Good hotel. We had an issue at check in. ******* website said hotel was pet friendly but didn't allude to an additional charge. When we checked in found out there was a $25.00 upcharge. Website should have a check box for pets so 'TOTAL PRICE ' is actually the Total Price.

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located and was modern and clean. Pet friendly with a very nice pet area in the rear of the hotel.

The staff that prepared breakfast kept the dining area clean, and were accomodating.
The shuttle was convenient for Mayo patients, as its extremely busy at Mayo.

The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating. The Manager Kenya is knows the area well, and is always accommodating. Geoff who drives the shuttle to Mayo is very pleasant, and timely. We found it was easier to take the shuttle as parking at Mayo can be challenging.
The BEDS are very comfortable, and rooms are very clean.

Bugs in room. All over headboard and nightstand. Staff directed me to speak with booking. Booking is now saying staff declines to resolution.

There were still 45 minutes left before breakfast ended, but there weren't enough food items for the guests. When we returned to the room after breakfast, we couldn't get in because the key wouldn't open the room, so we ended up late for our meeting.
