The staff was great, especially Rita the manager. The bedding was not changed and i had to wipe down the room, as i always do anyway. I didn't really get to eat breakfast because I didn't have time.

The Customer friendly service was very helpful in the completion of my reservation request. My room was very clean and I appreciate that. The bathroom was clean shower and tub clean. Thank you

Room is good with plenty of towels but there was a shortage of toilet paper

酒店员工非常热情周到，平易近人。酒店干净整洁，而且位置便利，去哪儿都很方便。
我们最初安排的房间有霉味，办公椅也湿了，空调也出了问题。孩子们不肯住在那里，这让我们都感到恶心。实在无法忍受，所以我下楼要求换房间。他们很热情地帮我们换了房间。唯一让我不爽的是，当我要求换房间时，工作人员竟然对其他人抱怨房间的事情表示担忧。如果他们知道这些，为什么还要给我们安排这么一个明显有问题的房间呢？我们不得不以这样的经历来开始我们的夜晚，这真是令人失望和恼火。
我换了房间，因为床单上沾满了头发，泛着黄。隔壁房间的水槽下面漏水，退房时我告诉了工作人员，她说“哦，我们知道了”！
淋浴喷头出水量不足。
