the room was a studio and as we were doing a mini-reunion, we were able to all sit comfortably. Small kitchen worked perfectly. The only downside was $11.00 a day for parking that we weren't warned about

We are frequent travelers and have been looking forward to staying at this property for the last five years or more. I can’t remember when we have been more disappointed with a property expectation vs reality. The property amenities are great. The staff are great. We are avid outdoors people and love being dirty so it takes a lot for me to call this out, but our room was dirty in multiple areas. We had trouble getting hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast area was really messy and not as many food choices as compared to other Residence Inn properties of similar size. We checked out of a much lower rated Pullman property to have an opportunity to stay at this one and we should have saved our money and stayed put.

The facility was nice and clean, except a couple of days when the thrash bin near the elevator which overflowed with beer cans. Likely from the pool guests, but it took a while for staff to clean it or throw it out. Also, our rooms were not ready at the 3pm check-in time. We waited in the lobby at 445pm and got our rooms almost 6pm. Other than that, the place was well maintained, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

我以前住过这里，没遇到什么问题。这次入住就暴露了酒店对新装修的维护不力。酒店外面的屋檐板碎裂，窗户周围的油漆也剥落了，让整栋建筑看起来很凌乱。房间里的洗碗机打不开，会撞到冰箱，而且打不开。这没什么大不了的，但是谁设计的？
床底下有一些玩具，看起来像是干玫瑰花瓣和灰尘团，已经住过好几位客人了。太恶心了。我掉了什么东西，被床底下的脏东西吓了一跳。
浴室的镜子后面有LED灯，镜子的角都剥落了，就像玻璃上的贴纸一样。淋浴间的玻璃周围有顽固的水渍，淋浴底座脏兮兮的，沾满了污渍，一点也不好看。
这家酒店适合学生，对万豪酒店有更高要求的人就不太适合了。
度过了愉快的两晚住宿体验。房间照明非常节能，我印象深刻——需要用房间钥匙插在插口才能打开。我还喜欢宽敞的桌面，以及可以将电视从床边移到小厨房/沙发区的功能。
工作人员非常友好，酒店总是很干净。我们的房间比上次入住时更新了。包含的早餐非常棒。餐饮人员确保咖啡壶始终满满的，主菜也始终供应。
