Room:
- The room was filthy upon arrival.
- There was noticeable mold in the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns.
- Maintenance clearly wasn’t up to standard
Comfort:
- The mattress was very hard, and I could feel the springs, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Overall:
- Significant cleanliness and maintenance deficiencies detracted from the stay. Given these conditions, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
Suggestions for the hotel (constructive):
- Deep clean rooms before check-in, with attention to bathrooms and mold remediation.
- Inspect and repair plumbing, ventilation, and surfaces to prevent mold growth.
- Regular maintenance checks on furniture and bedding; replace worn mattresses and springs.
- Implement a robust housekeeping and quality-control checklist to ensure consistency.

这次入住体验很糟糕。入住时，我们被告知房间还没准备好，尽管我们比预定时间晚了大约3个小时才入住。一进房间，就发现墙上有几只蟑螂，而且门锁得不太好。
最糟糕的是，半夜时分，一位酒店工作人员趁我们正在睡觉时闯入了房间。这显然是个意外，因为显然，我们入住的房间在他们的系统中被列为“故障房”。
这显然让我们非常震惊。他道了歉，但我们还是因此睡了一会儿才重新入睡。
噪音很大。我们听到了每个经过的人的声音。淋浴的水一直没变热。空调声音很大，好像有黑色的东西从空调里掉到前面的地板上。更糟糕的是，我们在7点45分被火警警报吵醒了。
我预订这家酒店是为了泳池和热水浴缸，但入住时，泳池和热水浴缸都因季节原因关闭了。而且，今天早上我没有热水，只能洗了个冷水澡。
房间很脏，空调又脏又旧，还有异味
酒店不错，但我的淋浴间里有头发。电视遥控器坏了。我让工作人员更换了电池，但还是不行。早餐时他们没有水……我不得不去前台买了两瓶。我很失望，因为我经常住在费尔菲尔德酒店，这家酒店需要改进。
我入住的房间居然还有体液。淋浴间里还有肥皂。地板很脏。不只是我的房间，我的姐妹们也一样。太恶心了，我要求尽快退款！
